A Message to our Clients

Navigating through our current, uncertain situation is new to us all. It's a pandemic that has affected industries across the board, worldwide. At Head to Head, our first and foremost priority is the safety of our employees, and clients. As it stands, irrigation is deemed an essential industry at this time (i.e. service providers who provide services that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences, essential activities, and essential businesses) in the State of Texas. 

We would like to assure our clients that safety is our priority. As a small family owned business, we appreciate your continued support through as we traverse this difficult time together. We would like to update our clients, many of whom we consider family after years of service, that we are taking every precaution to assure their well being, as well as that of our employees.


  • We have recently implemented a no hand shaking policy; nothing personal, but we're practicing social distancing. We do accept long distance air high fives

  • Speaking of social distancing, we're keeping at least 6 feet apart from all clients. If you prefer you can stay indoors entirely, as long as our technician has access to your controller

  • Our technicians are equipped with gloves & safety masks to further prevent any cross contamination, and carry hand sanitizer and soap on all trucks

  • Until further notice, we will not be accepting cash, or check payments, and will only be taking credit cards manually as to minimize cards and equipment being exchanged. The technician can take your card information on site, you can call our staff at the office and pay over the phone, or utilize our online data base. 

Once again, we'd like to thank you all for your continued support. We all hope this is over sooner than later, and would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone responsible for caring for our the most vulnerable among us.
