Jeff was born & raised in the Dallas area, and has been in irrigation since he was old enough to work. He really enjoys working outdoors, and likes the process of taking a system in need, and turning it into a perfectly tuned system. In his spare time he enjoys working on his 1965 Volkswagen Beetle, spending time with his family, and continuing his quest to find the best bar-b-que in Texas.
Shanon handles everything behind the scenes at Head to Head, from marketing to the website. She's our first line of contact, and our Green Queen! She's always looking for new ways to be sustainable, and making the world a better place. Ask her about her backyard chickens!
Xavier is our lead technician, also known as Boom Boom. He is a car lover, and has his hands full as a father of 3 girls. He is one of Head to Head's longest serving employees. When it comes to irrigation, Boom Boom knows his stuff.
Luis is one of the most easy going people we know! We've never seen him have a bad day, and you'll never catch him without a smile. He is a fan of Real Madrid, and enjoys watching games with his 4 boys. He loves listening to cumbia, and spending time with his family.
Victor is our point of contact for our technician truck. When he isn't working, he loves working on cars, and playing futbol on the weekends. He is an asset to our team!
Armando is Head to Head's most stylish employee. When he isn't working magic on your sprinkler system, he enjoys hanging out with friends, and listening to a variety of music.
Alfredo is excited to have his picture featured on the website. Don't be afraid to ask for an autograph! He loves watching FC Dallas and eating good ol' bbq
Not only is Castros Victor's dad, he's an irrigation OG! He's been in irrigation for as long as anyone can remember! In his off time he enjoys relaxing and spending time with his wife.
