All work is guaranteed with a one year warranty on service repairs, and three year warranty on installations. At Head to Head, we strive for excellence and top notch customer service. Amazing experience and highly recommended. Had my background upgraded with a larger patio and contractor did not remove existing system. Had another irrigation company out to give a quote to adjust pressure and add additional heads for added trees and was told due to the new slab covering a portion of the plumbing they would need to replace everything and install a new system. Long story short Head to Head came out and took the time to investigate each zone and gave me a quote on the spot to have my system operational the same day. Price was reasonable and the system is working perfectly after being dormant for over a year. Again Highly Recommend

​Jeff was born & raised in the Dallas area, and has been in irrigation since he was a youngin'. He enjoys working outdoors, and likes the process of taking a system in need and turning it into a perfectly tuned system. In his spare time he enjoys working on his 1965 Volkswagen Beetle, eating Shanon's homecooked meals and tending to their variety of pets.

Xavier is our lead technician, also known as Boom Boom. He is a car lover, and has his hands full as a father of 3 girls. He is one of Head to Head's longest serving employees. When it comes to irrigation, Boom Boom knows his stuff.

Cancellation policy: When you book your appointment you are holding a space that is no longer available to our other clients. Appointments are in high demand and if cancellations are necessary, we require a 48 hour notice, otherwise you will be billed a $50 cancellation fee. We are flexible and realize emergencies happen, so we do work with the need to reschedule.

Each service plan covers systems up to 15 station, any station after is an additional $5 each station. Service plans are non-refundable, transferrable, and discounts on repairs are eligable at the time of purchase. If a service call is needed in between visits the service call fee is reduced to $50.
